Here are our real estate qualifications and a brief biography:

We are a full-time husband and wife real estate team who have been affiliated with Prudential Connecticut Realty, the #1 real estate company in Connecticut, since 2001.  We were the recipients of Prudential's Top Service Provider Award for the Southwest Region in 2007 and 2008.  We have been consistent winners of Prudential's Honor Circle Award, Top Lister of the Month, Top Seller of the Month and Prudential's Annual Awards for Top Production.

We hold ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), e-Certifications, and Relocation Certifications.  Richelle is the Chairperson for the Education Committee for the Newtown Board of Realtors, as well as technology representative for the Prudential Connecticut Realty Newtown office.  Bob has just been elected to a State Representative position for the Newtown Board of Realtors.

Prior to beginning our real estate careers, Bob was in senior management of a Fortune 500 contracting and construction division based in New York City and serving markets nationwide.  Bob was the youngest corporate officer of the parent company in their history, as well as Divisional Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  Richelle headed up all administrative services for the most profitable division of the same company.  We bring our prior management and administrative strengths with us to every real estate transaction.

We live in Newtown, and volunteer our time and talents to the Canine Advocates, Faith Food Pantry, American Red Cross, American Cancer Society Relay for Life, The Sunshine Kids organization and Toys for Tots.  We are involved in our community and can familiarize you with local organizations.
