I moved to Connecticut in 1990, and since then, have moved 11 times.   No, I’m not a real estate investor, buying and flipping houses.  I just love the excitement of looking for and buying a new home.   I’ve worked with lots of realtors and made lots of mistakes along the way.  But then I met the Wards.

Simply put, Bob and Richelle give great service, and more than that, they get results.  They sold my first home for 15% more than I was hoping for and helped me buy a home for 10% less than I was willing to pay; all in less than 30 days.  In my most recent home transaction, they even negotiated a deal to allow me to renovate and move in to the new house weeks before we closed.   That’s why I’ve used Bob and Richelle in several home transactions and will definitely re-Ward myself when next I feel the urge to move.
