Bob and Richelle Ward Named 2007 Top Service Provider Team

For Prudential Connecticut Realty 

January 31, 2008 -- Bob and Richelle Ward, Sales Executives with the Newtown office of Prudential Connecticut Realty, have won the 2007 Top Service Provider – Southwestern Region, for Prudential Connecticut Realty.  The Ward Team, which was recognized this week during Prudential Connecticut Realty’s annual awards ceremony at the Hartford Convention Center, were singled out from among 1, 875 Sales Executives in 62 offices across the state.

“Bob and Richelle consistently go to great lengths to stay focused on what buyers and sellers need and want, and continue to meet those expectations in each and every transaction,” said Rich DeLollis, Leader of the Newtown office of Prudential Connecticut Realty.  “They are truly deserving of this award, and we are extremely proud of their accomplishment.”

This recognition joins a long list of accolades that Bob and Richelle Ward have earned during their real estate careers.  They have been named to the each of the last 26 consecutive quarters, the Leading Edge Society and four times of the President’s Circle, a national award given to Sales Executives who represent the top 5% nationally in closed real estate business.  Additionally, they have earned over 20 Top Listing and Top Seller Awards, and have been nominated for the coveted “Realtor of the Year” Award. 

The Ward Team holds ABR, e-Certifications, and Relocation Certifications.   Bob holds an MBA degree in Management & Marketing.  Richelle is the chairperson for the education committee for the Newtown Board of Realtors, as well as technology representative for Prudential Connecticut Realty's Newtown office.

Prior to entering the real estate profession, the Wards were in senior management of a Fortune 500 contracting and construction company based in New York City and serving markets nationwide.  Bob was the youngest corporate officer of the parent company in their history, as well as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  Richelle headed up all administrative services for the most profitable division of the company.

The Wards reside in Newtown, and volunteer their time and talents to the Canine Advocates, Faith Food Pantry, American Red Cross, American Cancer Society Relay for Life, The Sunshine Kids organization and Toys for Tots.
