Recently, we made the multiple listing service (MLS) available to you.  Click on the Find A Home picture to the right.  You can search the MLS without having to set up an account.  You will need to create a search to match your criteria.  At the least, your new home search should include the town(s) you are considering and a price range.  Example;  Towns:  Danbury, Newtown, Bethel, Brookfield, New Fairfield, New Milford, Southbury; Price Range:  $400,000 to $600,000.

• Local Map Give Away:  Need a map of a local town(s)?  Click on the link the link (left side of page), complete the form and we will send out the maps to you.  Some of the towns available are Newtown, Danbury, Bethel, Brookfield, New Fairfield, New Milford and Southbury.

• Market News: Click on any of the links on the left.  When the new webpage comes up, look for the Market News update.  Prudential Connecticut Realty releases a quarterly real estate report which is very informative.  We update the link when the new reports are available.
